Sometimes things just work out as they’re supposed to as was gourmet food and wine pairing before the Fall Vintage 2014 crushing event in late September 2014.
Four creations by Le Cordon Bleu Chef Stephen Lublin were paired with 4 different VWc wines with the end result being happy faces and big smiles, AND we even crushed some Primitivo, Cabernet, and Black Muscato for Rose.
As always these pairings wouldn’t have been served without the help of Katherine, Katy, Jasmine, and Alexa.
